JOB TITLE:            Applications Developer (Journeyman)

LOCATION:         Quantico, Virginia

REPORTS TO:      Program Manager

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering code to meet user specifications. Candidates should have proven ability to migrate legacy code and recent and strong experience in both C#.NET and ASP.NET. Experience with Agile Development, and Team Foundation Server is preferred. Candidates should have familiarity with AJAX, MVC, CSS, JQuery, Selenium, and SQL Server 2012.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • 2-3+ years of experience in C#.NET and ASP.Net
  • Knowledge of relational databases and stored procedures in a SQL Server environment
  • Experience with full lifecycle software development
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise web applications
  • Agile Development methodology experience required

 

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

·         Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant to the position or equivalent experience.

·         A sense of mission and the independent maturity to accomplish given tasks.
